By clicking REGISTER below, It is hereby understood and agreed that the Glenwood Hills Football & Cheerleading Youth Association Inc., and/or all members, officers and assisting personnel including Auxiliary shall not be responsible for nor personally liable for any injury sustained by the above listed boy/girl, during his/her participation in any activities of the program, including the transporting of the individual or groups to and from such activities. I also agree to pay the registration fee and to participate in the Mandatory fundraiser prescribed by Glenwood Hills Football & Cheerleading Youth Association Inc. It is understood that the Glenwood Hills Football & Cheerleading Association, Inc., shall furnish each child the following for game participation Football/Cheerleading Uniforms. It is understood that all parents are responsible for seeing that the player takes proper care of the equipment. I have read and fully understood the above policy, as it is written. I also understood that this policy shall be consistent also with football/cheerleading coaches’ equipment.

REFUND POLICY: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN THREE (3) DAYS AFTER REGISTERING.
